New To CrossFit? Follow These Steps to Get Started!!


Step 1. Free Intro Class:  (Not required, but a great place to start!)

Interested in seeing what CrossFit is all about? Check out a Free Intro Class! These are hour long sessions every Saturday at 10:30AM where we will introduce you to what CrossFit teaches, as well as what you receive by being a member at CFPL. This class would not be complete without giving you a little "taste," so we will finish up with a quick workout. Any individual, no matter their fitness level, will be able to complete the workout.

Step 2. Bootcamp

All new members are required to complete one month (3 classes/wk if possible) of our CrossFit Bootcamp classes. During these 45-50 minute classes you will participate in various workouts that utilize many bodyweight movements, kettlebells, rowers, jump ropes, etc. Our goal is to get you accustomed to exercising at a higher intensity, while also becoming comfortable with a variety of movements. Once a month of bootcamp classes is complete you will be able to participate in our general CrossFit classes! Bootcamp classes don't require any experience and all ability levels are welcome!

**All new members are required to hold a membership for 3 consecutive months once getting started. We do not require contracts beyond this point, but we want to make sure that every individual gets the best out of their experience so that they can truly see the value of what we do! 


Individual Fundamentals: (By Request Only and Subject to Availability) 

During this one-on-one program, you will work with your L1 coach to become acquainted with the same teachings and movements as in the On-Ramp class program. This is a "graduate as you're ready" program, and of course each session ends with a "WOD."
